Changping Women’s Federation (Chinese language only)
(Changping is a far northwest district of Beijing)
They have a number of interesting sub-organizations including: “Changping cleverest housewife housekeeping service center,” which opened October 2010. They also have various “action committees” and appear to be involved in women’s advocacy on a broad range of issues, including helping rural women run for political positions. Their primary goals seem to be promoting “harmonious” families.
